Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website, purchasing services, enrolling in programs, or participating in any training sessions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

ELITE N.O. Training LLC provides personal training, mobility and recovery sessions, performance coaching, boot camp classes, and reflexology services.

All services are provided by Edward Mallory or authorized representatives under structured programming standards.

Participation is voluntary and subject to the policies outlined below.

2. Membership Structure & Recurring Billing

All training plans and packages are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified.

Enrollment in any monthly plan authorizes automatic recurring billing. The client’s selected payment method will be charged on the same calendar date each month as the original enrollment date.

Billing will continue automatically until the client submits written cancellation notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Failure to cancel before the next billing date will result in the next monthly charge being processed.

3. Session Expiration Policy

Sessions associated with monthly plans expire fifteen (15) days after the end of each billing month.

Unused sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not roll over unless otherwise specified in writing.

Maintaining an active monthly plan preserves scheduling priority.

4. Six-Month Commitment (If Applicable)

Clients enrolled in a discounted 6-month commitment agree to complete six consecutive billing cycles.

Early termination of a discounted agreement may require repayment of the difference between the discounted rate and the standard month-to-month rate.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Personal Training & Private Sessions

A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.

No-shows will be charged in full.

Late arrival does not extend session time.

Exceptions may be granted only in the case of a documented emergency and at the sole discretion of ELITE N.O. Training.

Boot Camp / Group Classes

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel a class reservation.

Late cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of the class credit.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds are provided for unused sessions, missed appointments, or partial month participation.

7. Health Disclosure & Medical Clearance

Clients affirm that they are physically able to participate in exercise and/or reflexology services.

Clients agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy status, or other health concerns prior to participation.

ELITE N.O. Training reserves the right to require medical clearance.

Failure to disclose relevant health information may void liability protections.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in physical training, mobility work, conditioning programs, and reflexology services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, cardiovascular events, or other physical complications.

By participating, the client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with training activities.

Client releases and holds harmless ELITE N.O. Training LLC, Edward Mallory, and affiliated representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

9. Reflexology Disclaimer

Reflexology services are complementary wellness services and are not medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

Reflexology does not replace professional medical care.

10. Facility & Access Policy

Services are provided by scheduled appointment only.

Clients must check in digitally upon arrival and will be granted controlled access.

Unauthorized guests are not permitted without prior approval.

11. Code of Conduct

Clients agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all sessions.

Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the State of Illinois, as applicable to service location and business registration.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within those jurisdictions.

13. Modifications

ELITE N.O. Training LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing services, enrolling in programs, or participating in any session, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions outlined above.
