Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All training programs, sessions, and services are non-refundable.

Monthly plans are billed in advance and secure your scheduled time, programming, and priority access. Because space is reserved and coaching resources are allocated upon enrollment, payments cannot be refunded once processed.

Unused sessions do not qualify for refunds. Sessions must be used within the active billing cycle and expire fifteen (15) days after the end of the purchase month. Missed sessions, late cancellations (less than 48-hour notice), and no-shows are forfeited and are not eligible for credit or reimbursement.

For clients enrolled in recurring monthly plans, cancellation must be submitted prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges. Once a billing cycle begins, that month is non-refundable.

In the event of documented medical emergency or relocation beyond a reasonable service area, account adjustments may be reviewed at the sole discretion of ELITE N.O. Training LLC. Approval is not guaranteed.
